We are seeking an experienced podcast producer to oversee the production and distribution of our company’s podcasts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, excellent communication skills, and experience managing the entire podcast production process from ideation to publishing.


Collaborate with hosts and other team members to develop new podcast concepts and ideas

Manage the entire podcast production process from pre-production to post-production

  • Coordinate schedules for recording sessions and ensure all necessary equipment and resources are available
  • Record and edit podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality sound and editing out any errors or unwanted content
  • Develop and execute a distribution strategy for each podcast episode, including publishing to various platforms and promoting on social media
  • Analyze listener data and make adjustments to improve podcast performance
  • Develop relationships with potential guests and collaborators
  • Manage relationships with third-party production companies, agencies, and freelancers as needed
